Made by two Jackson Hole locals who know their way around a restaurant kitchen, this blend leans on nori and toasted sesame for deep savory notes, with hibiscus and chili keeping things bright and a little bold. Sprinkle it over poke bowls or rice, char it onto grilled vegetables, or coat your wings fresh out of the fryer for a smoky-sweet-tangy finish.
