MADE, Mursell's Sweet Shop & in our team Operations.

A favorite of locals and tourists alike since 2010, we've continued to grow and are searching for outgoing, energetic individuals who share a passion for Jackson and small businesses! 

We pride ourselves on thriving in a fast paced environment while keeping the shopping experience fun and exciting. We support the work of hundreds of makers, and interact daily with visitors from around the world.

FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE

Looking to fill a full time, year-round position on our Operations & Shipping team.

This role plays a key role in how our shops stay stocked, and our customers get their orders. You'll work independently most of the time — moving between our locations, managing outgoing shipments, packing corporate orders, and making sure the right things get to the right places. No two days look exactly the same, but the thread running through all of it is organization, follow-through, and pride in doing the job well.

Responsibilities include deliveries between all shop locations, shipping web and outgoing orders, coordinating and packing corporate orders, receiving and inventory, and jumping in wherever the team needs you.

The right person is organized, responsible, and self-motivated. You're comfortable working on your own but you're genuinely a team player. You communicate clearly, take ownership of your day, and you show up the way you'd want someone to show up for you. A valid driver's license is required, work car is available for daily tasks.

This is a full time, year-round position with a mix of hub-based and on-the-road work.
