SEEKING
Sales Co-Lead — M
year round full time
FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE
Looking to fill a full time, year-round sales co-lead position at M.
This role helps set the tone of the shop. You'll run the floor overlapping days with our other store lead, opening and closing, keying transactions, keeping the space merchandised and stocked. M is a small, deliberate shop, so the person in this seat is part salesperson, part host, part problem solver. When something needs doing, you're the one who notices it first.
Responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, register and point of sale accuracy, styling and restocking displays, receiving new product, tracking what's selling and what isn't, supporting and training part time staff, and helping our customers.
The right person has retail experience and genuinely likes people. You're organized, dependable, and comfortable making decisions. You care about how the shop looks, you communicate clearly with the team, and you take pride in a well-run day. Weekend availability is required.
This is a full time, year-round position.
SEEKING
Lead Cashier & Sales — MADE
year round part time, weekends
PART TIME POSITION AVAILABLE
Looking to fill a part time, year-round cashier and sales position at our MADE flagship.
Weekends are our busiest days, and the register is where the whole experience lands. You'll be the last person our customers talk to, which means you set the impression they leave with. You'll ring sales, capture emails at checkout, answer questions about our makers, and keep the the shop clean and organized even when there's a line to the door.
Responsibilities include running the register accurately, collecting customer emails at checkout, restocking and tidying the sales floor, helping customers navigate a shop that carries work from more than 500 American makers, and supporting the team wherever the day requires it.
The right person is warm, quick, and unflappable. You're accurate with money, you follow through on the small stuff, and you'd rather ask a question than guess. Retail or service experience helps, but attitude matters more. Weekend availability is required.
This is a part time, year-round position, weekends.

Store Staff & Packaging — Mursell's Sweet Shop
year round full & part time
FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Looking to fill full time and part time, year-round positions at Mursell's Sweet Shop.
Mursell's is the happiest spot in town, and the job is a mix of hospitality and handwork. You'll be behind the counter helping customers pick out candy, and behind the scenes weighing, bagging, boxing, and labeling it. It's steady, tactile work with a lot of foot traffic and a lot of kids, and it takes patience and a light touch.
Responsibilities include helping customers at the counter, serving out of the chocolate case, packaging and labeling product for the shop and for orders, restocking shelves, keeping the space and equipment clean , running the register, and pitching in on gift and corporate orders during busy stretches.
The right person is friendly, steady, and detail oriented. You can stand and move for most of a shift, you enjoy being clean and tidy without being asked, and you're comfortable in a room that gets loud and busy. Weekend availability is required. No candy experience necessary, we'll teach you.
These are year-round positions, full time and part time.
