Opposite The Cloudveil, Made is everything you want in a small-town gift boutique. Featuring handmade items from more than 360 American artists, it’s like Etsy IRL, and many products are made in Jackson. Jewelry and paper goods to pillows and glassware, it’s all perfectly curated.
Mountain Dandy is another locally owned gem with an array of handmade and vintage items for the sophisticated gent. Where else in the valley can you find a Teton Mountains needlepoint flask?
One last must-shop: Mursell’s, a chocolates and sweets shops with one of the best collections of confections I’ve ever seen (and, trust me, I’ve seen a lot; I’m married to a chocolatier). With a rare selection of both fine-flavored craft chocolates and an astounding array of vintage candies (Mr. Big! Reggie Bars! Chunky!), it’s a sugarholic’s dream.
